Did you decide last minute to go to that Halloween party? Or did you just find out your office is having a costume contest? Well not to worry- we've got you covered! 

Here are just a few fun and easy last minute Halloween costumes!


Raining Men

Break out the galoshes and a rain slicker for this one! A cute and creative take on the classic 80's song by The Weather Girls - this costume is sure to get some laughs and a high five for creativity. Plus it's pretty easy! Just take an umbrella, print out pictures of some hunky guys, and string them up from the frame of your umbrella!









Jon Snow

Winter is coming. TV themed costumes are always a hit, and there's no bigger hit than Game of Thrones costume. To be the show's favorite star is easy - just grab a black bath mat or rug to drape around your shoulders along with a black cape, and you're just about there! Wear some black pants and get a plastic sword to complete the ensemble, and if you feel like you need a companion for your Halloween outing, a stuffed animal wolf named Ghost will be perfect company.

Tacky Tourist

Be a tourist in your own neighborhood! Wear your wildest Hawaiian shirt, grab some binoculars, a fanny pack, and a sunhat - and you're ready to hit the town! To really sell the character, walk around with a paper map open wide, and if you're a beach tourist, slather some sunscreen on your nose. This is an easy and funny costume that you can put together in just ten minutes!








Party Animal

If you're headed to a party for this Halloween, you'll be the life of it with this costume! An easy, fun take on the popular phrase, this costume doesn't require too much. Just pick an animal like a zebra, lion, or tiger, and add the party elements! A birthday hat, some streamers, and a red solo cup will sell the ensemble. For the animal portion, try some face paint, a wig, or an animal mask!

Eleven

Have you been binge watching the new season of Stranger Things this weekend? (We have!) If so, then this costume is for you! Be mysterious, yet lovable with this costume of Eleven from the hit show. A pink dress, a blue jacket, an blonde wig, and some Keds, and you're set! Just don't forget the Eggo waffles! If you want to add the mystery, add some red paint right under your nose to show that you're not afraid to send a van flying through the sky. 



























Bob Ross and a 'Happy Little Tree'

This costume is no mistake, just a happy accident! Bob Ross is back now that "The Joy of Painting" is streaming on Netflix, and this costume is a breeze to create. If you're Bob, all you need is a blue button-down shirt tucked into some jeans, a wild afro, and a paint palette that you can make out of paper. If you've got a friend, they can be your "happy little tree!" Just wear brown clothes, and buy some cheap craft leaves and wear them around your head





Emoji
They say a picture says a thousand words, and emojis are saying a lot these days! There are so many choices you have with this costume. You can be the flamenco dancing emoji and wear a red, flowing dress - or you and a friend can be the dancing girl emojis with black tutus! If a face is your favorite, draw the face on a yellow shirt, or wear all black and cut out the emoji on poster board.

  There's no question that the housing market this year has been upended. Low inventory and high demand have created bidding wars the likes of which we've never seen, and buyers are being forced to waive contingencies that offer protection in the home buying process.  One of these protections is the home appraisal. According to HomeLight , issues with the appraisal accounted for 27% of delayed contracts, and 14% of terminated contracts as of July 2021.
